Resize subtitles track

Might be a dumb question but searching for resizing subtitles I get other answers.
In my timeline I have two subtitles tracks and they are currently squished so much so that I can't see them nicely. Apparently I cannot change its size hovering over them, like for the video and audio, so my question is how do I do that? Thank you very much!

Try holding Option or Alt and scrolling our mouse wheel with your cursor hovering over the tracks. Also look for the scroll bar at the right hand side.

Thank you, I have tried but Control + scroll works for audio and video but not with captions. And there is not scroll bar on the right 😕
You can see in the screenshot that despite having 4 caption tracks, I can only see one and there not scroll bar...
