Run/sync Premiere pro cc2022 between MacBook Pro and iMac

I have been running Premiere Pro CC 2022 on my home office imac for some time.  Now, I need to travel to shoot multiple series of footages for video work- I want to be able tyo use my MacBook pro and be able to sync all work done on the 2 computers, if that makes sens.  In other words, can I do editing on the road on my MacBook and then "sunc" via iCloud so that it also appears on my home office imac?

Is there a reason why you couldn't use a portable SSD drive when you are on the road and then attach the drive to your iMac when you get back?

Sure could, but I like to organize my media meticulously in both Lightroom and Premiere Pro and then just sync it over without disturbing any existing files. Thanks for the thoughts!!
