sample sdk ppro CEP panel stopped working in windwos 11 (ppro 2024)

Dear Ppro fellows,

I discovered, that  (I guess official) sample PProPanel downloaded from here

https://github.com/Adobe-CEP/Samples

doesn't open in premiere pro 2024 when on windows 11 PC (it does present in windows->extensions panel). 

In windows 10, it works just fine.

Have you encountered that issue and do you know the way to fix it?

My version of Ppro is 24.0.0x58

Do you know where to get the working minimal ppro panel which opens in windows 11, Ppro 24?

Works fine here.

First thought: Have you enabled the loading of unsigned extensions, on your Windows 11 machine?

Unsigned extensions are added to the menu, but don't display when selected.

Completely forgot about this on my new PC. It worked!
