Save a project in oldes version

I am working in 2025.1.0, my friend in 2024.6.4, and he should everytime downgraded my project through the website or through console panel (yeap, through console panel we can choose a version of premiere and whey will open project wich created in newes version).
Why in Adobe After Effects have got this function, but not in Premiere?
