Since you remember saving, there's a good chance you can find the project file.

Look for a .prproj file where you saved it with the file name that you gave it.  The project file is named, a location chosen, and saved at the very start of a project - so that's when you would have first picked a name and location.

If you're not seeing it in Explorer/Finder, try searching for ".prproj".

It may  be called "Untitled.prproj".

A location to check is Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/23.0 (the last folder in that path will be named based on the version number of Premiere Pro that you are using).

When starting a new project, Premiere Pro shows recently used locations in the Project Location pop-up menu.  You could start a new project and check the file paths shown there to help locate your project file.
