Hello. I was shooting a video on the front camera of the iPhone 12. When uploading clips to Premier Pro, the clip looks the same as in the first attached photo.

When I click on the "Zoom to frame size" function, the clip looks like the second attached photo. How to remove these black frames on the right and left? When importing a finished video of this format, the quality deteriorates with self-cropping.

On the left, where the source is depicted, the video is unframed, and on the right, either zoomed in or framed.

Peru Bob is on the right track. But set your "zoom level" of the Program Monitor to "Fit." (Bottom left) Right now it is set to 75% and that may appear as if the image is cropped.
