Script/Plugin for adding Stroke / Border to images/Clips?

I know the whole issue has been around for years... but has anyone created a script or plugin for a workaround for adding Stroke / Border to images/Clips?

Use the EGP: quick and easy.

Shape and clip can be edited independently.

Thanks very much. I have seen the term "EGP" used before.... but I was not figuring out what it referenced to then.

Quick inquiry Ann.... It worked for me on the first image....

but now I cannot get another image to show up in the EGP layers to add the stroke.

What do I need to do to the .jpg layer to get it to be seen for editing in the EGP?
