scroll program monitor

Why is this constantly changing in Premiere Pro? I'm only an occasional user. Scroll bars in Program Monitor disappear in v24, so I learned to use the hand tool. Now I just upgraded to v25 (told you I'm only an occasional user 🙂 I type "h" and get hand tool, but it doesn't do anything. I click and drag, but nothing. I want to zoom in on Program Monitor to do detail work with a graphic. Why is this such a daunting UI issue? Sheesh </rant>

Hi,

I read your post. I am not having trouble using the Hand tool. Strange. Have you tried resetting preferences? Let us know if that works.

Thanks,
Kevin

You have the closing </rant> but no opening one, so I can't tell if the whole post is a rant. Assuming it's not, the zoom is finally fixed, in 25.3. You didn't say what version you are using or even they type of machine. So, 'v25' is not enough in this case. Did you update today or yestereday?
