Search Bin box is glitched out and crashes

I have a project with many sequences, arranged in folders.

When viewing them in a Project Bin panel, I use the search box to type "6s" to filter the 6 second edits cuts.

Ppro shows the wrong, irrelevant files, and if I click the icon of the magnifying glass in the folder - to create a filtered search folder, it crashes. I've sent reports.

I need this fixed, after 6 crashes, the search box worked! It showed the correct ones, but the icon to create a search folder crashed it again, upon bootup 7, search was broken.

All versions latest up to 8 Jan 2024 / Win 11

are you using any "restricted" characters in file or folder names?  Could be causing intermittent and unpredictable problems.  The characters include / \ & *.

Nope only a dash-between-some-text from the dash/hyphen keyboard button

I have been getting the same crashes trying to save a search bin. No solution yet.
