Am completely overwhelmed in my research on codecs and containers.
Need a 10-minute video with warp stabilizer and color corrections to fit on a 16GB USB and be playable on mac and pc as well as smart tvs. Advice?

I have but the file sizes are TOO small. Like less than a gig so I loose a lot of quality. Another idea?

The file size depends on the bitrate. Change it to larger. Also, you can choose Variable Bit Rate (VBR) or constant Bit Rate (CBR). One or 2 passes. These things do not affect file size, they affect quality - bitrate does affect filesize.
