Select All, Crtrl+A, not working in Import Tab

New Here ,

I have a lab of 30 PCs and some are running into an issue where select all, CTRL+A, is not working in the Import Tab. All systems are running Win10 22H2 and running Premiere Pro 25.1.

The systems are all the same model and have no extensions installed as well. This is ONLY happening in the Import Tab. Also no user has messed with the Keyboard Preferences. They are all set to default.

Select all works fine elsewhere in Premiere (Timeline, project bin, ect) and there are no issues with CTRL+A in Windows. I have gone as far as switching out keyboards and that has not solves the issue.

Hi m4A,

Thanks for the message. You may want to set up folder permissions for your system. See this article: https://adobe.ly/3H2Clgr. I hope that solves the issue. Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin
