I have a two-screen layout, with my program+source monitors in breakout panels on my secondary monitor.
*sometimes* when I hit ctrl-m to export, my panels on my secondary monitors will close. I have to go to window-reset saved layout to bring them back. This does not happen everytime, and I've yet to determine if theres a specific order of operations that causes it - but it has happened with consistency since the export panel was introduced (premiere 2023 i think?)

Ok, this is totally from a practical user perspective.
Premiere can go wonky if the Program monitor is separated from the main UI Premiere panel group. Especially if it's a "floating" panel, rather than docked in a panel group.
So I recommend avoiding that for simply user sanity reasons.
"But I want to put the program monitor on my ultrawide!"
Mistake. Keep the Program monitor on the main UI screen. Put the Timeline and Effects Control Panel on the Ultrawide. Big, easy timeline and ECP controls areas. And keyboard tap the program monitor full screen if needed for a moment.
