Sequence Corruptions across Multiple Projects

Community Beginner ,

I have several projects on an external drive that have "corrupted sequences". Some clips will play fine but other clips in the edit will start at the wrong in-point.

Becuase the issue is apparaently random and pervasive across multiple projects, I am not even sure where to start troeublshooting this, but I need help I can work in these projects.

One thing I noticed that may be relevent, is that practically all of my footage is showing a non-zero media start for some reason - even if I re-import it. I don't think this should be happeneing. Most of the footage is coming out of a Sony A7C which does not support timecode.

Any ideas? What other info would be helpful to share here for support?

Mac Mini M2, OSX 13.2.1

Premeire 23.5

Some projects were edited on older versions and many were edited in prior beta versions (so I could use transcript feature).

There was a bug in v23.4 that caused some clips to change their In point to the head of the clip; this only happened with media that was transcribed. The bug was fixed in v23.5 BUT any projects that were affected by the issue would remain that way and would otherwise need to be rebuilt.

Does this sound like your issue? If so, do you have access to an older Auto Save of the project before the issue occurred?

Thanks @John V Knowles @Peru Bob that is exactly my problem. Looks ugly, diving into the thread now.
