Sequence Panel Glitching Out

Been having this problem on Premiere Pro, where if I have multiple videos in one project, the sequence panel just won't work. I can go to a different part in the video, but the timeline marker won't move, so I won't know where exactly you are in the video, and I also can't seem to zoom in the sequence. Another thing is that when I minimize then maximise the window, it causes a graphical glitch. Any fixes? I've tried dedicating more RAM to Premiere Pro, as well as downgraded, but the problem persists.

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave? Also, let us know the version of Premiere Pro & the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM).
