Sequences are missing

In my project, I had several sequences. Now, when I opened the project, only one sequence is there, the others are missing. I did not change anything or deleted anything accidentally, and was always saving before closing. Where are the other sequences gone? Could someone help me please...

I think the problem was, that I have several bins with different footage and the sequences are part of the different bins which I was not aware of. So I found them in different bins. Thank you so much that you took the time to help me! I really appreciate that.
