sequences timeline multi camera preview PROBLEM

Hi guys, 

Wonder if You could help.  I recently reinstalled my windows 11 , and all my apps this including premier pro. Since i did that everytime when im holding mouse button and trying to stratch on my timeline camera its changing leyout, and synchronised cameras losing they correct position on the screen. Hard to explain this, but can anyone help with this? Im attaching short video to explain my problem.
