Serious Error, Crashing, all of a sudden after no problems for weeks of Editing

Project that was running great for 2 weeks is now crashing about 20 secs after opening. And if I rush to export before the crash it crashed on the export. Serious Error has occured. 

Software is up to date on mac and Premeire latest.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work,try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

How would you import the project into the new one ? Trying a few of these but i'm not confident yet.

I just tried the import into a new project and the same crash happenend. Its right when I think its gonna work and then i move the playhead around and its a serious error occured crash

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
