Set default font in Premiere Pro?

I've searched all over for a way to do this and everything I find seems to relate to old versions of PP.

Is there a way, in 2021, to set a default font in PP?  Right now, I have to change the font, stroke and shadow every time I start a new project.  Not the end of the world but it is annoying when I literally do it the same every time.  It's pointless to have to set all that up every single time I start a new project.  Is there a way to set a default?

Thanks.

AFAIK, no.

But, once you have created a title you can right click on it and choose Export As Motion Graphics Title. Next time in a new project you can just import it and re-use it. Not as good, but pretty close.
