Setting defaults for captions?

I'm working in the Captions and Graphics workspace to create TikTok videos for a client.  They want me to use a certain font size, style and position for all the captions on all their videos.  Every time I open up the Essential Graphics panel it defaults to Minion Pro and I can't find a way to save a preset or a style.

Is there a way to change the defaults for this?  It's tedious to have to go through and change literally every single caption manually.  I couldn't even find a way to paste attributes.   Please tell me I'm missing something obvious.

You can't change the default. You can create a style. You can apply that style when you create or import the caption track or later.
