Shredded screen while transition

Hello, I'm new to premiere and I have this problem. While using ANY transition from mixkit on ANY project, while transtition, the screen is starting shredding (like in this picture below). I found that the block "adjust transition" is behind this. I don't know how to solve this. In other exaples of this transition usage it looks smooth and clean, while in my situation... well. Could you guide me? I would appreciate that

That is not a real transition, but rather a transition made up from effects.

We cannot help you as we don't know how these effects are made up exactly.

Or you did not follow the instructions to the letter.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.
