Shredded screen while transition

Hello, I'm new to premiere and I have this problem. While using ANY transition from mixkit on ANY project, while transtition, the screen is starting shredding (like in this picture below). I found that the block "adjust transition" is behind this. I don't know how to solve this. In other exaples of this transition usage it looks smooth and clean, while in my situation... well. Could you guide me? I would appreciate that

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clear-your-media-cache-in-30-seconds-in-premi...
Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.
