shutter angle is not working

someone pls tell me whats wrong. i use shutter angle and it does not create blur it just expand the shot (frame).

Shutter angle does work inside a frame.

You need to have set keyframes for e.g. and object or title

can you tell me what is "use composition's shutter angle"?

Basically it is what is says: It uses the shutter angle of the composition. I think it's 180 degree (not sure)

By turning this of, you can set the shutter angle manually.
