MP4's from a Canon C200, either 1080p or 4K, aren't working well with Windows 2022. If I press L to shuttle right (scan, seek, fast-forward, whatever), Premiere will start scanning ahead faster, but then become unresponsive. Confirmed in PP 22 Windows on multiple PCs. PP 19-21 seem fine. Files from other Canon cinema camera, older and newer, seem fine. Any ideas what PP doesn't like about that camera?

Thanks, but my issue is not performance-related. It is a malfunction.
