Simple Text Effect Renders in Secondary Random Position During Cross Dissolve

Hi There, when playing through the timeline the cross dissolve look fine, but as soon as you click the timeline, or render out the clip it will appear in a second random position. Does anyone know why this is occuring?

Hi Kyle,

I've seen things like this before and they can be confusing. Can you try extending the clip, then nesting, then trimming the clip back the nest, and then adding the transition. That should work. If not, please let us know.
