Simply cannot get clear and loud audio

I am relatively new to premiere pro and the one thing I cannot achieve is getting clear and loud dialogue audio when I export.

I have tried-

denoise effect

paramatic equaliser 

and single band compressor

But as much as I you about the audio comes out quiet and unclear. I just don't know what to do. I need the audio to sound high quality and sound like a YouTube video.

What does YT sound like?

You only get high quality if your original is high quality.

So I am screen recording Netflix with the audio using the black hole audio recorder, the the audio is already pretty high quality.
