Simply Sequence and new 2022 features

I just updated Premoere Pro through the Creative Cloud to Premiere Pro 2022. I can find find any of the new features like Simplify Sequence or the new iowning Screen. How can I get to those new features?

Here's help for Simplify Sequences:

Note that the instructions are missing a couple hints. I have added a few words in []s to clarify.

Method 1

Select a sequence [in the Timeline] and then [in the drop down menu items at the top left of the workspace] click Sequence > Simplify Sequence, or 

Method 2

right-click a sequence [in the Project Panel] and select Simplify Sequence.

Hi,

I tried those two steps. It still does not show up. My computer is about six years old right now, is my computer too old to have those new features? It definitely updated two version 2022, But none of the new features are showing up on my software.

I don't think the Simplify would require anything special.

So, first, what is your operating system?

Second, double check: in the menu drop downs, Help -> About Premiere Pro. What version does it say?
