Hello there,
I have just updated Premiere Pro to latest version (23.5) and there's a problem with the Slip Tool. Whenever I use the Slip Tool, I cannot move it freely like previous versions - instead it moves my timeline sequence horizontally as well. This is undesirable and was not happening in any of the the previous Premiere versions.
I've tested this on 23.5 stable as well as 23.6 beta and the issue persists in both of these versions. This issue with the Slip Tool is not happening with 23.4 and 23.3 and those versions work fine.
It'd also be great if a feature could be implemented into the Slip Tool that allows the mouse to wrap around the entire screen - once the mouse reaches the right corner of the screen, it'd automatically wrap back to the beginning of the left corner of the screen - this would cause a seamless experience for the mouse and we'd be able to Slip for a longer duration of the clip. This is already implemented in other Softwares such as Blender, etc.
1. Problem with Premiere Pro latest stable version 23.5, and 23.6 beta
2. Windows 10 - 10.0.19045 Build 19045
3. Use the Slip Tool and move your mouse horizontally as far as possible. You'll see the entire timeline sequence moving the focused area.
4. Slip Tool should only move the clip itself, not the focused area of the timeline sequence.
Best regards,
Jay

Yes, I can confirm the new behavior (bug?) on 23.6, which is really annoying, voted.
