Slow Export Times Suddenly on Macbook Pro M1

I'm using Premiere Pro 2024 running on Macbook Pro M1. I have no problem with the export time such as exporting 1hr video used to take approx. 20 mins in the past years until yesterday. It was suddenly take approx. 8 hours to complete the export. Today, I exported a few videos and its length is short as 10 mins, but it took 25 mins to complete. Unlike before, it took 2 mins to complete 10 mins length of a video. Any ideas what is caused this suddenly? How can I solve this issue? Thanks.

Thanks for the notes. It sounds like Mercury Playback Engine is set to Software Only. Can you go to Project Settings and make sure GPU acceleration is selected as your renderer? Let us know if it helps.
