Slow playback on Dell XPS 15 2022 laptop (Win 11 22H2)

Every time I press the spacebar, playback goes choppy and 2x fast-forward for the first second.

In a liteweight audio editor, computer freezes half a second every time I press play. Used to be instant.

All drivers are up-to-date with Dell SupportAssist and Armoury Crate. Everything ran smoothly on my desktop (ASUS Rampage VI). Impossible to work with this $4,000 last generation laptop 😞

Wow, I found the problem. I changed Audio Hardware > Default Input > System Default - Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio) to No Input and it solved my problem.

Put it back to Realtek and problems were back 100% of the times. Back to No Input, never a problem anymore.

Now something needs an update to address this.
