Snapping turns itself off when moving a clip

Hey all,

Since two days I have a problem in Premiere Pro (23.6.0) and can't find any fix for it:

Snappig is activated (the little magnet is selcted), but everytime when I click on a clip in my timelime and move it, it's greyed out automatically and doesn't react, the clips don't snap.

I have to place them down, click them again and move them a second time, then it works again, but while having a clip selected, it doesn't work and also can't be selected.

Anyone had this issue and has a solve?

Thank you!
Rupert
