Sorry Error When Exporting

New Here ,
Apr 27, 2024 Apr 27, 2024

Hi guys, I am experiencing an error message when trying to export my video in premier pro. I'll list some facts about my project along with things i've already tried to fix the problem.

Facts about my project:

-The project is a fairly loarge project at 12.2 MB with lots of clips, transitions, effects, sound effects, music, etc.

-I am using motion array pre-sets or plugins (not sure what to call them) for transitions of clips and a few text graphics.

-I tried creating a much more simple project with 5 video clips and no transitions sound effects video effects music etc and the clip exported just fine so I am assuming its an issue with the project...

Things I have already tried:

-Updating Premier pro

-updated my macbook pro m2 16gb

-restarting my macbook

-uninstalling and reinstalling premier pro

-clearing media cache in premier pro

-changing the file location of media cache in premier pro

-clearing up disk space, I am only using 150 gb and have 350 gb of space left on my macbook

-rendering the entire project sequence before exporting (rendering works but still same error message when exporting)

-exporting segments of the project and splicing them together (its a 20 minute video and I tried just exporting the 1:30 minute intro and I STILL got the error message!

What do I do? Please Help!!!!!

There's a crash report from your email address, that suggests the WriteOn effect is crashing.

You might try removing it...?

Duplicate the sequence. On the dupe, remove the transitions and if that can export then the issue is in the transitions.

Another thing is to try nesting the clips, then export.
