Hi there,
Looking at the second screenshot, it seems like the Track Volume for the Mix track is set to -∞, which will essentially mute the output. Please set it to 0 dB & let us know if it restores the audio.

We need to see a full screenshot that includes the track headers, otherwise we don't know if you accidentally muted or solo'd something.
And make sure it's just Premiere and not other applications on your computer you don't get sound output from.

I agree...I'd look to see if the M or S button were accidentally pressed on the track header

Hey,
Sorry for the issue. Please go to Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware (Premiere Pro > Settings > Audio Hardware) and check that the correct output is selected. Please also share a screenshot of the Audio Hardware window.
