Source monitor buttons disappearing

I use the guide, ruler and nofx buttons on the source monitor a lot but every time I open a new project in PP it reverts to the original lineup of buttons and I end up needing to manually adding them again.  Any ideas on how to get PP to remember where I put them?

I don't use it much, but, yes, I can't get them to stick either.  You could report this as a bug, afaik.
