source monitor not working when im in dual screen

my source monitor is not working when im in dual screen ever since i update the software ,,,i dont know why but it slows me down so much i feel like unsuscribing ,, i hear audio when i scrub over the source monitor but no video i have to always put whole video in timeline to see an image its so frustrating not be able to just put the part that i want from the source to timeline ...if anyone can help i would really appreciate it if not bye bye adobe

i have the latest version v22 videos are not showing in source monitor i only hear the audio ,,,,i never had an issue before like that been using adobe for years....it is so annoying i should v never update smh
