Hello,
I'm extremely new to Premiere and don't understand much of the lingo, so please bear with me!
I'm attempting to make a very simple video- audio from my podcast, plus a non-moving, still image that takes up the entire frame. I made the image (PNG) in Adobe Express, with the dimensions of a YouTube thumbnail. The display screen in Premiere shows it as blurry no matter what I do. I thought it might be a glitch until I exported it, and the image is blurry for the whole video. I've downsized and upsized the PNG, tried it as a JPG, etc. and nothing works. What am I doing wrong?

What is the pixel size of the png? It needs to be at least the same size as the sequence and the export.
If you created the size of thumbnail, you can't just increase the pixels.
