Still possible to download Version 13 / 2019?

I've been working on a Teams Project with someone who's only been able to work on an older version of the Premiere due to the age of his computer. It hadn't been a problem until the automatic download of the latest version of the software removed the older version of Premiere I had been working on.

When I go into 'Other Versions' to download, it now only goes to 14.0/ 2020. Can I go back any older? If I can't, Adobe's automatic download feature has now rendered this Teams Project impossible to collaboratively complete. Thank you!

You cannot go back to 13, only 14.

You can download and use the 13.0 version of 2019 from this site.
This is a community comment, although it is not updated to the latest version of 13.1.5,

it can be recommended to be more stable than the current version.

Personally, I don't know if you have the latest computer, but I don't recommend versions after 2019.
