I crreated a video last week with 7 people, in a group setting, each person had a few lines to speak. All went well until I loaded the content to start editing, then I realised one of the people had been lip syncing all the words from the teleprompter.
Is there a way in Premier Pro that i can isolate this one persons lips so this they are not lip syncing all the way through video?

Can you describe the shot a bit more? Is there camera movement? Is the person moving much? Close-up or wideshot? Is the person side-on or facing camera? Is the person intermittently masked by other people?
It may help to provide a screenshot, even if faces are blurred.

Might be a job for After Effects;
Motion tracking just an image of a closed mouth.

Its possible if its fixed camera without any movement and if this person edges isloated from the rest.
Screenshot will be helpful and you can blur the faces for privecy if thats required.
