Strech Videoclip to match markers on another videoclip

Hi

I have a project using a videohost in one clip and a screenrecording for a system tutorial in another videoclip

Is there a away that I can add markers in the videohost clip, for example when he says "click here and then click there" Name these markers "1", "2", and so on

Then add markers on the screenrecording clip and add markers with the same name where he actually do the clicks in the screenrecording.

I would like to then sync the markers in the to clips and as a result the clip with the screenrecording will adjust the speed between the different markers.

Maybee faar fetch but it would be an awesome function: )

There is no way to auto sync markers by means of timeremapping. Need to do stretch the clip manually.
