Stuck with Contour Shuttle Xpress

Hi,

I am using Premiere Pro CC 2018 and have a Contour Shuttle Xpress jog wheel.  It works great and as expected when the playhead position is displaying frames, but as soon as I change this to display Audio Time Units to show time, the jog wheel and shuttle stop working.  The buttons still work and as soon as I change it back to display frames everything works again.

I have no idea why this is happening, has anyone got any ideas??  I use Audition without problem with the shuttle Xpress.

Je suis sous Windows 11 et j'ai le même produit que vous ( Contour Shuttle Xpress) SAUF que je n'arrive pas à le faire fonctionner sur Adobe Premiere Pro 2023. Pouvez-vous me dire comment avez-vous fait pour le faire fonctionner ?
