Suddenly getting "Dialog Error" after Premiere running smoothly for the last couple of days.

The last couple of days, Premiere has been working fine. However, today after working with the program, it suddenly started to produce this error message:

 

"Dialog Error: Unable to load dialog resource" in a popup box. I'm unable to create a new project, sequence, etc. I can open projects that are showing up as recently opened, and from there the program will run normally. However, I need to be able to create a new project. Thank you guys.
