Hello- I'm trying to sync video and audio manually in the timeline panel. When I click control (using a PC) and arrow keys, it will not move. Any suggestions? I tried to unclick "show audio time units", however that didn't work. I'm new at Premier Pro, just downloaded their latest version. Thanks.
