Template Text Problem

New Here ,
Dec 06, 2024 Dec 06, 2024

I downloaded the 3D Transitions template and noticed, both during the preview and when exported, that the text along the sides of the frame switches fonts every split second.

An example of what the text should look like according to the preview:

What I'm seeing is a mix of text in my video:

What should be appearing:

What is flashing in every split second:

I'm open to some ideas as to why this is happening. It's been downloaded directly into Premiere Pro; I don't see any errors offhand.

Thanks!

Hi @Clint G.

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. So you see the words at the top of the photos unchanged in the sequence correct? And only when you export it does it switch to the text garbled? Could you let me know what version of Premiere you are using and what your system specs are as well, just so we can investigate the details further? You can use the How do I write a bug report?  I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ian,

I'm not sure what happened, but yesterday, when I booted up the software, it was working properly. (This is strange because I did a program restart a few times beforehand.) Wondering if the full reboot of the system is what might have fixed something.

I've also tested it out on the new beta, and it's working well on that platform.

Thanks for the help - just didn't think turning the entire system off and on again would have been the solution, but it's a statement that seems to hold true no matter how far technology advances.

Thanks for the support,

Clint
