Adobe Premiere Pro v14.1.0
There is unnecessary bottom space in text box. (Not LINE3..)
How can I fit the size to text?
It disturbs vertical align.

Did you start the text by "point" ... clicking on a spot, then typing? Or by creating a text box, by clicking/dragging to create the box?
I can only get this if I've created a text box by click/drag before typing. To change the size of a tex box, you need to click say in the Timeline panel to see that you are not in the Program panel, then hit V to go to the Selection tool, then highlight the text line in the EGP layer stack or in the ECP so that the box for the text is highlighted in blue.
Then you can click on the point in the middle of a side (the bottom in your example) and slide that up if you wish.
