Text enlarges when playing Bug

I am working with text legacy for a video in PR. Every time I press play on the timeline, the text enlarges by itself. So, the viewer window where I create the text file has one size, and it's another size after I press play, and only when I press play —the bug reappears or seems to be linked with when I change the vector motion position for the title. Any suggestions for how to solve this? The adobe support line was pretty adamant and not helpful.

When you open the legacy title it does say

So if any bugs appear, they won't get fixed.

The legacy titler does not have Vector Motion.

Yes I know. But it also happens after I changed to the new title system. It only shows the right demensions of the text after I render the file.

You may want to use the track matte effect instead and just regular motion keyframing.
