Text issue with new update?

I've been using Premiere Pro for a while, but today ran into something that won't fix.  I cleared the media cache amd went to put in a text graphic that I use all the time, and it won't appear in my video.  I'm using the basic lower graphic and have the fill set to white but it does not show at all, it stays all black.  Anyone else running into this issue?

This is a mogrt or what?

Reset workspace sometimes helps.

I'd need to see more of the settings to see if something is off there (Effect controls, all of the EGP).

Please show entire Properties tab and Effect controls as Stan already requested.

Most likely, Vector Motion or Motion is not set to default.
