Text not showing aftre video is converetd to new PP version

"Im getting a low level exception occuprred  in AEDBE" when I try and insert text in a video. It is a video  I made in 2021 that the system auto convereted whenI loaded the  video today.

How do I add text  please.? Thank you

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

Then try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
