Hello, my text edytor dosen't apear on the screen like i can edit my text's font and stuff

A screenshot might help.

Select a text item in the timeline. then Window -> Essential Graphics.

If that doesn't work, select the Captions and Graphics Workspace. Windows -> Workspaces -> Captions and Graphics.

And if that doesn't work, then Windows -> Workspaces -> Reset to Saved Layout.

Report back if none of that works.
