The importer reported a generic error

Hola,  Buen día. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar este problema?. Tengo 2Tb de información en .MTS; .MP4 y .MOV en un disco duro externo. A la hora en que le doy link media este disco me aparece con el icono de Time machine mas no me deja seleccionarlo en la ventana de "Locate file" como el destino a buscar. ¿Qué puedo hacer para rectificar esto?

Hi Alex,

Sorry. Is it possible to move the file out of Time Machine to a proper macOS volume? Then it should work OK. Let us know if that's possible.

The advice is to move 2 Tb to another external or internal hard disk? I can not move to internal disk.
