I have two videos: one with 7030 frames and the other with 7031 frames exactly.

However, when I drag the video with 7030 frames onto the timeline first, hovering over the other video says it has duration 7025 frames.

When I drag the video with 7031 frames onto the timeline first, hovering over the other video says it has duration 7035 frames.

I don't do anything to the videos other than dragging them onto the timeline in different orders.

Why does this happen and how do I fix this?

This got answered on reddit. Has to do with variable framerate of the media.
