My project was opening normally last night in premiere 22.5.0. until updated by itself to the latest version of premiere 2022, since then my project doesn't open anymore. No auto-save files open anymore. And there is no auto-save from the day before to try to recover my work. I'm making a feature film, we were working on the last scene. I NEED URGENT HELP

Premiere does not update itself unless you have the Preferences set to auto update in the CC desktop app.

Reinstall the update or revert to previous version/build.

Dont just rely on auto save: FAQ: When to use "Save A Copy," or "Save As," or just "Save".
