the sound does not come out in the video

the audio track is on the video timeline, with the sound waves apparent, however, when clicking to play, the sound does not come out, this happens with specific audio tracks in the project.
I already tried to replace, but when I do that the audio track is without the sound waves. HELP ME PLEASE!

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
